Supporters
Persija Jakarta's supporters call themselves the Jakmania's. They are amongst Indonesia's most passionate and fanatical supporters. Unfortunately, they have a slight reputation for being violent, as evidenced at the 2004/2005 Liga Indonesia final against Persipura Jayapura. Persija lost the match 2-3 and the Jakmanias soon turned violent after the match, demonstrating their feelings and venting their anger by ravaging the Bung Karno Stadium.
